Product availability may change without prior notice, and Leofa reserves the right to discontinue or modify items at any time.

All prices are listed in USD (or your selected currency) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments must be made in full at checkout through our secure payment gateway. Leofa reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or update prices without prior notice.

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after confirmation. Shipping times vary based on location. Leofa is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Due to hygiene and the nature of jewelry, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof of the issue. Approved returns must be shipped back in their original packaging within 7 days. Customized pieces are non-returnable.
